International Tuition & Fees



International Students Tuition & Fees 2018-19 Academic Year

We realize families make sacrifices to send their children to Judson International School. We are certain that investing in your child's future by giving them a quality Christian education is one of the best gifts you can ever give. The future starts now!

  • Elementary and Secondary tuition is an annual rate covering the entire school year.
  • Elementary and Secondary tuition is not prorated for early withdrawal or late enrollment. Tuition is due in full for any semester in which the student is enrolled

  • Half Day Tuition Free Kindergarten is for students attending class from 8 AM to 12 PM only.
  • Full Day Tuition for Kindergarten is discounted 50% off of the original price of tuition.




Registration & I20 Fee

$1925 per student each year, payable at registration and is non- refundable. This fee reserves your student's placement, cover i-20 processing. It also includes all textbooks, Chromebook rental, workbooks, readers, and resource materials.


K-12 Annual Fund

$100 per family, for maintenance and improvements.




  • Payment is due in full (US Funds) as soon as student is accepted.
  • Payment of tuition and fees is managed for Judson by Smart Tuition. International student families must enroll in the 1 Payment plan with Smart Tuition.
  • Payment to Smart Tuition may be made by American Express, MasterCard, Discover, Visa or direct debit. All families must enroll on Smart Tuition and pay tuition and fees from a domestic bank account. Contact us via email at for instructions.
  • Course fees, optional activity fees, and other charges are billed and due as incurred throughout the school year, unless otherwise noted on the fee schedule. Notification is sent to families when additional charges are applied the family account.
  • Your financial obligation to the school is for the full annual tuition; unless you enroll during the second semester (2019), in which you will only pay half year tuition.
  •  Fees are never prorated or discounted.
  • The school cannot cancel its unpaid obligations if your student is forced to withdraw during the academic year.

Judson offers some enrichment classes, field trips, and mission trips that involve expenses in excess of normal and customary costs. Such expenses may be the result of requirements for specialized course supplies, books, or travel required for the course. When extraordinary expenses are required for Judson to offer an enrichment course, participants will be charged an additional nonrefundable course fee to cover these expenses. Course fees are billed after the beginning of the Fall Term and Spring Term (unless otherwise noted).

An additional fee is charged to all participants in interscholastic athletics and competitive activities. This fee helps offset the additional expenses involved in equipment, officials, and travel for athletic teams and activities competitions at the local and state level. Participation fees are non-refundable 14 days after the first practice day allowed under CIF rules for athletics and by team drop deadlines for other activities. Additional athletic expenses, not paid by the school, may be incurred for items such as personal equipment, shoes, pictures, clothing, off- season camps, physicals, and extended team travel.

Additional optional activities may be offered throughout the year for a fee. Fees for optional activities will be communicated in advance. Examples of past activities are: Spring Musical, Senior End of Year Trips, and other student club activities.
