Judson International School hosted its Annual Gala 2019 on April 27, 2019. This year's theme "Reaching the Nations" was inspired by the school's focus of providing quality K-12 Christian education with a unique, global focus. Judson's students and faculty represent of 20 nations and its curriculum is distinctively both Christian and global in focus. About 100 people attended the event which took place at Frason Hall on the former Frontier Ventures campus.
The evening featured a silent auction, a live auctioneer, raffle, dinner, dancing, and a montage from "Singin' in the Rain" performed by Judson students. A committee of Judson parents helped plan the Gala 2019: Donaji Potts, John Leano, Danny Cook, Christina Beer and Linda Wolf. Vendors included May Catering, DJ John Villa and auctioneer Joaquin Crame all of whom provided generous discounts, helping to fund the event.
Bruce Koch, a board member of Frontier Ventures and director of Perspectives International was the speaker for the Judson Gala 2019. All three of his children attended Judson. Mr. Koch gave a history of the school, stressing the importance of the school's international vision and saying "Judson International School is a model for what other schools can and should be." Judson's Gala 2019 celebrated the school's 28 years on the current campus, while looking forward to the school's new campus in Eagle Rock which will open in August 2019. All funds raised at the event will be used for Judson's new campus.
